While walk-in clients are welcome, appointments are subject to availability on the day. #### **Deposits** A 50% deposit is required to secure all group bookings and packages. This deposit confirms your reservation and is applied to your final bill. Failure to pay the deposit within the requested timeframe may result in the release of your booking. #### **Arrival Time** Guests are requested to arrive at least **15 minutes prior** to their scheduled appointment. This allows time to relax, enjoy a welcome refreshment, and complete any necessary consultation forms without impacting treatment time. #### **Late Arrivals** Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened treatment, as we must ensure that subsequent appointments begin on time. The full treatment fee will still apply. #### **Cancellations & Changes** Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of **24 hours’ notice**.
